 | Meet Kizzy! Here's what her "mommie" Jackie Johnsen wrote me. "Hi Jan, just wanted to let you know that the monitor perch arrived today. It took only seconds to install and only one more second to have my "monitor" cat happily installed. She hasn't left it in hours! Here's a picture of Kizzy (kismet) sleeping ,or trying to. As I stated, she has not left her perch since it has been installed. We have four cats and this is the one space that has been uniquely hers and I know she will enjoy it even more now. Already she has taken a break from her naps to clean herself and give me a glance or two. Her much younger brother, Sydney, attempted to gain control but as you can see, it is clearly her domain! | Here's Cooper in one of my 8" USA sweaters Jean Angle gave him. Cooper is a Miniature Pinscher. Those tiny legs still look cold. I think he needs one with long legs. Jean tells me "Cooper lives with his family in Wichita, Ks. Cooper had a rough beginning; he broke his little leg jumping off the sofa one day. After at least 2 surgeries, he is a real go-getter - one of his favourite things to do is bark, apparently...that's what he does best when I've been around him anyway. He should have been named "wiggles" because that's his second best trick. Cooper is a little over 1 year old now. We all wish Cooper a long, happy life with his family, Justin, Lori and Connor Guthridge. " |
| These two adorable little dogs, Louie and Maggie, belong to Steve Donahoe's girlfriend. They won't go out to potty when it's raining unless covered by an umbrella so Steve bought the umbrella leash for them. Won't they look so cute when going out to potty now!! |
| Meet Missey! Missey is a Papillon and is 3 months old. She's wearing one of the sweaters her mom bought for her. Here's what her mom, Jean Angle, wrote about her: "She wore her red sweater w/feather boa and "diamond" necklace on New Year's Day but we could never get a photo of her alone in it because everyone wanted to pick her up and carry her around. Missey is a real snuggle bunny when tired but a bundle of energy otherwise. We have never heard her bark, but this breed is not known to be real vocal as to barking. My husband asked why should Missey bark when she gets everything she wants brought to her on a silver tray....good question! Missey was born in Oklahoma, purchased in Venice, Florida and flew back home with us to Wichita, Kansas in a Lear-35 on 10th January '04 . Missey will grow to be at most 11" at the shoulder and about that same length, weighing anywhere from 8 to 11 pounds at full adulthood." Thanks Jean for sharing Missey with everyone. |

Meet Midge and Olivia (look close, one is brown and white, the other black and white). They belong to Ed and Gail Cole. They are Romeo, my boy, and Tasha, my moms lil girl. I drive a pink car so thats why I chose the pink hawaiin print and it matches really well!! I was so excited when I found your website and I have been recomending it to everyone I know with small dogs! even the breeder we bought our puppies from!!!! and again, thanks so much for making the "owning puppies" experience even more enjoyable! | This is Milo, he is only 3 months old! He just got a new Habikat Window and Kittywalk Kabana. Milo lives with Cheryl and Bill Campion who also have a one year old Springer Spaniel. The Campions raise pheasants, guinea hens, quail, ducks, geese, chickens and peacocks. Cheryl tells me Milo is intrigued by them. "He crouches down like he's going to attack and as soon as one of them comes close, he climbs up my body and sits on my shoulder". She also told me a funny story about Milo - "He will only drink out of a glass. As I'm writing to you, he is on the coffee table drinking out of the glass. I leave a 12oz glass of fresh water on the coffee table, kitchen table, nightstand, and near his food bowl, he never drinks out of his water bowl. Funny how they train you!"
